This website is published by EPIC – Emirati Perspectives and Insight Centre. EPIC is an independent research initiative in formation. It is not yet a registered or licensed entity.
Nothing. The site has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party embeds, and its fonts are hosted on this site. The newsletter and search forms do not send or store anything: the newsletter is not yet open and search runs entirely in your browser.
The site sets no cookies. It uses your browser’s own storage for two essential items only: your cookie choice and whether the homepage intro has played this session. Nothing optional loads before you consent, and no optional features exist at present. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
When the newsletter opens it will be opt-in only: an unticked consent box, a confirmation email (double opt-in) and an unsubscribe link in every issue. We will collect only your email address, and this notice will be updated with the provider, storage location and retention period before any data is collected.
You can contact EPIC through this website. If you write to us, we will use your message only to reply and will delete it on request.
